The ASU Department of English celebrates its 2023-2024 graduates and award-winners with a reception and exhortations on Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 3 p.m. in a hybrid event.
Participants may attend in-person in Ross-Blakley Hall's gallery area (room 101) on the ASU Tempe campus, or online via Zoom. All are welcome!
Foundation Professor of English Krista Ratcliffe, a leading rhetorical scholar who is also the current chair of the Department of English, will address the gathering, followed by remarks by Spring 2024 Dean's Medalist for English, Chris Hoshnic.
Grad and undergrad students completing any degree in the Department of English during fall 2023 or spring 2024 will be honored, as will those who have garnered scholarships, awards, and fellowships during the past school year. We will also recognize our donors, faculty, staff, friends and family who helped make it all happen!
Refreshments will be served.
